MAKE THIS DISH: Luscious, plump+tender shrimp salad with a proper umami kick! Swap the gloppy mayo for my version: showered in fresh dill and tossed with extra-savory fish sauce+lemon juice vinaigrette. Then pile it on toast (bonus, with creamy 🥑).
