Deluxe Avocado Toast

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ripe avocado

  • 3-5 radishes

  • 2 slices country loaf

  • fresh cilantro leaves, to garnish

  • 1-2 tbsp gomasio blend (a Japanese sesame & spice seasoning)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut radishes into thin wedges and divide between two plates. Toast bread until golden. 

  2. Cut avocado in half, then scoop flesh from each half using a large spoon. Make medium-thickness slices with each half then arrange, shingled, on toasts. Sprinkle generously with gomasio, garnish with cilantro, and serve.
