Deluxe Avocado Toast

INGREDIENTS
1 ripe avocado
3-5 radishes
2 slices country loaf
fresh cilantro leaves, to garnish
1-2 tbsp gomasio blend (a Japanese sesame & spice seasoning)
DIRECTIONS
Cut radishes into thin wedges and divide between two plates. Toast bread until golden.
Cut avocado in half, then scoop flesh from each half using a large spoon. Make medium-thickness slices with each half then arrange, shingled, on toasts. Sprinkle generously with gomasio, garnish with cilantro, and serve.
